Engagement sessions don't always need a big or elaborate location to be beautiful. This Cincinnati engagement session took place right at the couple's home, giving us a relaxed and personal setting to capture this exciting time in their lives.  

Their traditional attire and beautiful henna details added so much personality to the photographs. We spent time around their home and outdoors, taking advantage of the soft evening light and creating a mix of romantic portraits, natural moments, and some of my favorite black and white images from the session.

Photographing couples somewhere meaningful to them is always special. Being at home allowed these two to relax, have fun together, and simply be themselves in front of the camera.

As an Ohio wedding and engagement photographer, I love creating images that feel natural while still giving couples a beautiful collection of portraits. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to travel to Cincinnati for this engagement session.
